Problem with Urt 4.2

Hey i've my new connection but i've a big problem:

When i download Urt 4.2

At the part 3/15 that open a window and she said 'Check your internet connection'

I do ok but that close download ... i've tried 5-6 times but always the same things...

So if someone have a idea
